WHAT WILL IT COST?
The cost depends on how far you are shipping or relocating your vehicle and by what means of transportation. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
DOES MTO DRIVEWAY HAVE INSURANCE?
With satisfactory insurance and safety expertise combined, your vehicle is fully protected and you can be confident that there will be adequate limits to cover the carrier’s responsibility if any preventable damage should occur.
CAN I SHIP MY CAR WITH PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE VEHICLE?
We are not responsible for personal property, if you chose to leave it in your vehicle, it must be confined to the trunk and limited to a value not to exceed $50.00 or 100 lbs (generic amount).
WHAT ABOUT THE TIRES ON MY CAR?
We accept no responsibility for glass breakage, mechanical breakdown, and road hazard. This would include tires. These fall to the responsibility of the customer.
I DON’T NEED MY CAR SHIPPED BUT CAN YOUR CONTRACTOR PICKUP MY BOXES AND DELIVER THEM?
No, we only move vehicles. We cannot move your personal property.
CAN I SHIP MY CAR WITH A PASSENGER IN IT OR A PET?
No, we cannot ship your vehicle with a person or a pet in your car. Some additional items not permitted for shipping include: guns, ammunition, contraband, narcotics, medications, live plants, pets, furs, gems, jewelry, beer, wine, liquor, edibles, money, negotiable and legal papers, objects of art and articles of unusual value. (Add or change according to MTO Driveway).
HOW DOES MTO DECIDE WHICH METHOD OF SHIPPING TO USE?

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Customers have the option to place orders on our load board or fax pickup request.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR PICKING UP AND DELIVERING THE VEHICLE TO MY HOME?
No, the estimate you receive includes door-to-door service, unless the car carrier is not allowed on your street or cannot fit due to maneuverability constraints on the truck or load limits in your area. Please contact us with any concerns.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT WHEN MY VEHICLE IS PICKED UP AND DELIVERED?
Yes, we request you or a designated/authorized person be present upon pick-up of your vehicle. Our driver will conduct a complete inspection of your vehicle, with you present, to write off on all pre-existing damages, dents, scuffs and so forth. This report is called the Condition Report and is an essential check before our driver loads and delivers your vehicle.
CAN WE GET STATUS UPDATES AND ETA FOR PICK-UP AND DELIVERY?
Yes, you can call the office you booked with at any time. Please contact us regarding tracking options for your vehicle/cargo.
